Positive Pranic Food

Did you know that what you eat can have a positive or negative influence on your life? Yoga classifies foods into positive pranic food, negative pranic food and neutral (zero) pranic food

Always pray to the food atleast for a minute before you begin to eat

- Positive Pranic ---> food ignites your life energy, keeps you healthy, physically and mentally strong.

- Neutral (Zero)  Pranic --> food does not do much other than makes you lazy/lethargic.

- Negative Pranic --> if eaten daily food takes away your life energy leads to unhealthy, sick and cancer.

Note: Millets, Soaked nuts, & Copper stored water are positive pranic (ph >7) food.
Oats/Quinoa/Potatoes/Tomatoes are neutral.
All rice grains/ wheat/ maida/ meats/ alcohol/ salt/ sugar/ cold & processed foods are negative.

Pranic foods by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev:
In Yoga, we do not look at foods in terms of vitamins, minerals or proteins. We categorize food in the three following ways – positive pranic food, and negative pranic food, zero pranic food. Positive substances are those which, when consumed, add prana to the system. The pranic energy, the vital energy in the body, will increase. If you consume negative pranic substances, they take away prana
from the system. They will stimulate you on a nervous level but it will take away your vital energies. Zero pranic food neither adds nor takes away. It is only eaten for taste.

Negative pranic substances:

• Garlic is definitely a very powerful medicine if it is used
properly. But if you put it in everyday food and eat it, it
can cause much damage to you.

• Onion: The body does not prefer onion. It shows it
dislikes with irritation that the eye feels when we chop it.

• Asafoetida is also one of the negative pranic items but is generally used in small quantities.

• Brinjal is the only vegetable that actually has some poison in it. There is a certain enzyme in
brinjal, which is capable of damaging the hypothalamus. Children should avoid this
vegetable.

• Chilli can be experimented with. However, if we abstain from it for some time and then take it,
the body will reject it.

• Coffee or tea are very powerful nervous stimulants. Constant abuse of nervous stimulants
will destroy the stamina in the long run. It will reduce the energy storage ability and make the
period of old age a bit difficult. Needless to say, all drugs and other nervous stimulants are
negative pranic.

Emotional instability is very much depended on the food that we eat. If we avoid food with
negative pranic substances, we’ll find that it becomes easy to attain emotional balance. The
negative pranic affects only these seven to eight food items, the rest all being positive.

Just Drop it

A great moral story "Just Drop It" all the negative emotions for everyone's well being & self 🙏

Once a Crow holding on to a piece of meat was flying to a place to sit & eat.

However, a flock of Eagles were chasing it. The crow was anxious and was flying higher and higher, yet eagles were after the poor crow.

Just then “Garuda” saw the plight and pain in the eyes of the crow. Coming closer to the crow, he asked:️

“What’s wrong..? You seem to be very “disturbed” and in “stress..?”..️

The crow cried “Look at these eagles..!! They are after me to kill me”...️

Garuda being the bird of wisdom spoke “Oh my friend..!! They are not after you to kill you..!!
They are after that piece of meat that you are holding in your beak”.
Just drop it and see what will happen.️

The crow followed the instructions of Garuda and dropped the piece of meat, and there you go, all the eagles flew towards the falling meat.

Garuda smiled and said, “The Pain is only till you hold on to it..!!”
*Just Drop it....All the pains* Don't hold onto any temporary material things.

The crow just bowed and said “I dropped this piece of meat, now, I can fly even higher...”️

Same with us to in our lives...

1. People carry the huge burden called “Ego” which creates a false identity about us, that we create for ourselves saying
“I need love, I need to be invited, I am so and so......“etc…”
*Just Drop it….Ego*

2. People get irritated fast by “others actions”
it can be my friend, My parent, My children, My colleague, My life partner… and I get the fumes of “anger"
*Just Drop it….Anger*  😡

3. People compare themselves with others.
In beauty,
In wealth,
In lifestyle, In marks, In talent and In appraisals and feel disturbed…
We must be grateful for what we have...…
Comparisons, negative emotions... does not take us anywhere.
*Just Drop it…Comparision/ Negative emotions*

*Just drop the burden..*
Make yourself light and create a life of ease  💖💥💥

Healthy Heart

The function of the heart is to pump blood and circulate throughout all organs of the body. Pumping blood through the lungs removes carbon dioxide and refreshes the blood with oxygen. Your heart will beat an average of 100,000 times per day. In that time, it pumps more than 4,300 gallons of blood throughout your entire body.

The heart is made of 4 chambers. The top 2 collecting chambers are called atria; the bottom 2 ejecting chambers are called ventricles. The right atrium receives blood deficient in oxygen from the body and sends it into the right ventricle. The right ventricle squeezes the blood out to the lungs to pick up fresh oxygen. The oxygenated blood returns from the lungs to the left atrium, which then funnels the blood into the left ventricle. The left ventricle ejects the oxygenated blood into the entire body via the aorta.

The Butterfly Effect

This interesting documentary video on "the butterfly effect" will change our life as well as the world in peace.

The butterfly effect is an idea that is more commonly used in chaos theory. A small change can bring more bigger changes to happen. One small bad incident can have a bigger impact on the future for example it can cause typhoons, floods, acid rains, earthquakes, deadly viruses... The term butterfly effect comes from an analogy where a butterfly flaps its wings in Wuhan and can cause a tornado in Western Europe, or vice-versa, or anywhere in the world.

The power of a single wish...after all invisible and inevitable, like a butterfly that beats its wings in one corner of the globe and with that single action changes the weather halfway across the world. A small positive vibration can change the entire cosmosI am a firm believer in the butterfly effect.

The butterfly effect can be used every moment – being aware of what we do and knowing the potential consequences of those deeds and karma. The smallest humanity step taken forward can change the course of life completely. An act of kindness allows for another linking all of us in unimaginable ways.

5 Secrets of Success from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Success is an attitude, not a phenomenon. Business and spirituality are complementary like the in-breath and out-breath. When you breathe in, that is passion; but you cannot hold it for too long; you have to breathe out, and that breathing out is dispassion. Tough situations come in every business and every organization, and you need skills to handle them. All this comes from our inner space which I call the Spiritual Space. Here are 5 ingredients for success…

A congenial atmosphere: Peace and prosperity are interlinked. You need to function as a team. The prerequisites for growth are patience, perseverance, clear intention, clarity of purpose and flexibility to accommodate errors. Have a sense of respect for all team members, and not indulge in blame games. Furthermore, team leaders need to create an atmosphere of celebration, trust, cooperation and a sense of belonging. Nothing can last if it focuses only on productivity and net result. Only inspiration and motivation are effective tools. Learn from the past, have a vision for the future and sustain enthusiasm.

Skill in action: The whole essence of the Bhagwad Geeta (ancient Indian scripture) is to act without being attached to the fruit of the action. If you can manage your mind in the worst scenario or a situation like war, then you can manage any situation. This skill in action is called Yoga. In life, it is this wisdom of Yoga that transforms one from arrogance to self-confidence; from meekness to humility; from the burden of dependence to the realization of interdependence; from a limited ownership to oneness with the whole. When performing an action, if the attention is only on the end result, then you can’t perform. Just give yourself fully with 100% sincerity and commitment.

Be a lion: Have a dream and passion but not with feverishness. *With feverishness, desires and cravings your mind loses clarity*, and you don’t get right ideas, thereby reducing your ability to perform. Whatever you need always comes to you. *When you don’t crave for abundance, it comes to you.* There is a saying in Sanskrit that says, “*Great wealth comes to one who has the courage of a lion and who puts in all his efforts.*” Have the confidence and the sense of the majesty of a lion, put in your 100% efforts with courage, and that is when wealth comes to you.

An atom of Luck: If all this is needed for prosperity is one’s own effort, then why are there so many people who put effort but don’t become prosperous? This area which we don’t know is what spirituality is about. The whole material world is run by a certain vibrational world which is subtler than what we see. *Spirituality enhances Intelligence and intuition. Intuition comes to you when you balance your passion with dispassion; profit with service; aggressiveness to get things, with a compassion to give back to society.* *Intuition is the right thought at the right time, and it is an important component for success in business.*

Meditation: *The greater responsibilities and ambitions you have, greater is the need for you to meditate.* In ancient times, meditation was used as a way to find the Self, for enlightenment and to overcome misery and problems. Today’s stress and tension in society also call for meditation. *Meditation not only relieves you of stress and strain, but it also enhances your abilities, strengthens your nervous system and mind, releases toxins from the body and enhances you in every way.* We are made up of both matter and spirit. The body (matter) has some material needs and our spirit is nourished by spirituality. *Stress is too much to do, too little time, and no energy.* You obviously can’t reduce your workload, or increase the time, but *you can increase your energy level. With a higher energy level, you can do the job easily. Meditation and breathing techniques help to increase this.*

*Most importantly, the sign of success is a smile and confidence.* Whatever happens in life, if you can keep these two, then you have found success.

Ego

One of the biggest reasons why egoism is your enemy is that it keeps you out of touch with reality. Your egoism is what prevents you from hearing the true feedback from others. Egoism makes you overestimate your own abilities and worth, and under-estimate the effort and skill required to achieve your goals

Keep your Ego's in check
Are we dividing or we Unifying?
Self-Purification should be the prime focus

A short clip explaining nicely on dropping down the egoism.. how lighter our body becomes and joyful when the wall of egoism is dropped, that’s when the human consciousness gets connected to supreme consciousness

Many of us focus only on "I" or full of Self-Importance which eventually gets in trouble that our  super-EGO which not only spoils our relationships, but breaks the families, and friendship. Remember the baseless arguments stop our focus, personal growth, and success.

One has to be wise, thorough gentlemen or gentlewomen keeping the ego away.

Some of the practical Tips in lowering our bad EGOism, to stay healthy and human:

1.
*Do not judge the people. Simply accept as they are.
*Don't hurt others, don't show superiority, instead be a helpful leader. Be a good human in guiding self as well as others to the righteous path of (dharma, truthfulness).
*Everyones view, perceptions are at different level of understanding...as they may not be aware of everything, so do not discard them.
*Practice Empathy and Simplicity. (Treat others how you want to be treated. Don't become the victim of EGOism. Be nice to self and to others)
*Take deep breaths whenever you feel like getting anger or ego entering into you. just BREATH.
*Breath controls the mind --> and mind controls the body. Maintain always good breathing.
*Increase the level of consciousness by doing more Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation.

Prayers for happiness in the WORLD:
"Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu"
"Annadatha Sukhi bhava"
"Kissan (all farmers) Sukhi bhava"

*Where ever you go, always carry the attitude of gratitude, positivity, and the fragrance of flowers in your thoughts, speech, words and actions.

Light within!
Happiness is inside, not outside

2.
*Hooponopono Prayer:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you

The prayer is recommended to practice daily by
all children and elders!
Forgiveness is the attribute of Strong

3.
*When you help others, do not even expect a "thank you"
*Focus on the efforts, not the outcome.
*Do not compete with others, Only compete with self to evolve as better humans

Our relationships should be based on mutual respect, humanity level of understanding to share the divinity, But not based on money, lust, name, fame or intelligence...all these are just secondary and temporary.
Remember: Never cheat others..as every action has an equal opposite reaction. "what goes around, comes around"

Problem and Solution:
*My education inflated my ego,
---> My meditation allowed me to let go*

*Religion feeds the ego,
---> Spirituality drives to transcend*

*Try to appreciate other people's good work, efforts, and accomplishments".Never be sad or jealous of others' success. Be happy for their achievement.. take it as an inspiration, and think what WE can do to contribute for the development, and upliftment. Always encourage others for their good work and well being. Bless all the living beings on the planet to live freely, happily, and safely. Be Vegans!

4.  Another tip to lower egoism:
*Do volunteering (take a lead) many times as you can, daily or weekly in reaching out to the communities in helping (Seva), educating on health, or sharing values on how to be a good responsible human, encourage spirituality, veganism, love for plants and animals.

5.
*Serve the delicious food, with full of love to the guests at the family functions, parties, schools, temples, churches, or at ashrams

Serving free food to children or to the needy,
helps you
grow as better human

6.
*Show gratitude, humbleness, simplicity, honesty, and be open.
Resonate pure Love and Positivity.
                       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8Ta7paR7u0

7.
*With a smile and respect, bend down and touch the right feet of elders
and the feet of trees to take their blessings
                       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQplFtWZLxw

Plants/Trees are divine in nature,
has healing powers.
Hug or Touch the feet of Trees
for their blessings

Touching elderly feet,
and Guru's feet,
removes our EGOism

8.
*Stay divine in connection with GOD 24/7
*Enjoy the silent moments with self.
*Every AM/ PM, do Agnihotra, Yoga, and Meditation for cleansing our mind, body in releasing the toxic and negative thoughts which we are holding to. Just release them.
Practice daily Hooponopono Prayer.

Pray to the fire that all our bad Ego's,
evil thoughts are burnt to ashes.
Become purer in our thinking,

emotions and actions

Divine principles in service to Humanity (by DMS):

*Keep your mind clean and free from any anxiety/ ego. Be open to any type of criticism from others.

*Construct a temple in your heart through Prayers. The materials required or this Temple will consist of Humbleness, Humility, Compassion, Forgiveness, deep Faith in God, Honesty, Integrity and Meditation without attachment to any Religion - Be Religious but not a Religion-fanatic.

*You should feel Happy looking at other's Happiness. But if you feel happy looking at other's sufferings it is Evil. Never entertain this in your mind, for it will ultimately lead you to Evil Acts.

*Extend Love and affection without any Expectation from others.

*Never permit Jealousy to encroach into your relationship with others for it defeats the very purpose for which the relationship is intended. Jealousy is just like a shadow of your character. It always represents negative attitudes. Remember at least the shadow has dimensions. But Jealousy does not have any dimension. Remember, it destroys your happiness and peace and then the happiness of others.

*Never entertain Anger. It destroys your peace of mind, creates insanity, annihilates the fine fiber of your character, and oscillates your line of justice.

*Never give way to persuasion. Because under the pressure of persuasion, even the worst sins can be justified.

*Always temper your Authority with Love, Affection, and Mercy. In the absence of these, any Authority is a tyranny.

Breathing Helps:
  • If you feel overwhelmed, breathe. It will calm you and release the tensions.
  • If you are worried about something coming up or caught up in something that already happened, just take deep breathe. It will bring you back to the present.
  • Take a deep breath 10 times inhale, exhale only from left nostril by closing your right nostril.. and within a minute you will come out of anger and anxiety.
  • When you return to your anxieties, ego, and fears … these emerge from the mind unbidden, just as all your thoughts do. They are temporary conditions, like clouds passing. They aren't of any consequence if you just notice them, acknowledge them, let them move on.
  • You return to the breath, and the anxieties are forgotten for a second as you see the breath. When the self and its fears, and desires and anxieties and urges return, then you go back to the breath and they are gone.
  • If you are moving too fast, breathe. It will remind you to slow down and enjoy life more.
  • Breathe, and enjoy each moment of this life
